Biography:
Wajid Ali is a PhD candidate on Fish Genetics at Ocean University of China, Qingdao, expecting to graduate in July 2025. His research focuses on the antimicrobial peptides of fish, aimed at improving aquatic health, with over eight research articles published and three under review. He holds an M.Phil. In Marine Biology from Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water, and Marine Sciences, Pakistan Wajid aspires to deepen his expertise in antibacterial peptides through postdoctoral research, targeting collaborations with leading scientists.
