Biography:
Dr. Solomon Olu’sola Abiodun OLAYIMIKA lectures at Water Resources, Aquaculture and Fisheries Technology Department, Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, Nigeria; West Africa (over twenty years), formerly farm manager and breeder in some private organizations. A holder of B. Sc. Fisheries, M. Tech (Fisheries) and PhD Aquaculture. Leading in Ornamental fisheries, Aqua-tourism and Fish-Biotechnology researches in West Africa with strong interest, researches and skills in: Fish Vats Engineering and Construction, Fish Breeding and Genetics, Climate-Smart Aquaculture, Water Quality Management, Value Chain, Fish Economics and Business, Fisheries and Aquaculture Development. Supervised over hundred undergraduate researches and teach and trained hundreds of them in various courses and skills, likewise teach, supervised thesis and trained Master and Doctorate researchers/students. Highly involved in many communities services and training of people for self empowerment and self employed. Had many reputable Journals, Conference proceedings and Conference Papers at various levels published and co-authored a textbook of international repute. An editor and reviewer to some journals. Currently, carrying out some peculiar and path finding researches that requires international networking, collaborations and sponsorships.
